Maitreyi More is a Mumbai-based photographer and visual artist born into a family of artists. Raised amidst their father's paintings, they developed a deep passion for photography, art, and design from an early age. Alongside visual arts, they also explored Indian classical dance, enriching their creative expression.

Holding a degree in Mass Media from Mumbai University, Maitreyi has been freelancing since college, collaborating with celebrities, brands, and renowned galleries. Their work has been exhibited and honored in prestigious art spaces across India and internationally.

Maitreyi sees photography as storytelling, capturing the hidden emotions, expressions, and narratives that often go unnoticed. To them, every person is like a storybook, filled with untold dreams, fears, frustrations, and joys. Their work delves into psychological and surreal themes, exploring the subconscious mind, emotions, and the human condition.

Through portrait photography and surreal self-portraits, Maitreyi brings out what people try to hide—raw emotions, unspoken thoughts, and subconscious truths. Their artistic practice is a visual exploration of mental struggles, identity, and creativity, making each piece deeply introspective and evocative.
